Methot (undisclosed) will suit up against the Oilers on Thursday, Bruce Garrioch of Ottawa Sun reports.
Methot has missed the Senators last six matchups dating back to mid-January. The blueliner sees plenty of ice time, averaging 20:46, but has logged a mere two scores and four assists. Currently in the midst of a 18 game goalless streak, the 30-year-old has added a lone helper over that span and is unlikely to explode offensively.
