Sharks' Dainius Zubrus: To join Sharks on road trip

Zubrus (upper body) remains day-to-day, but will accompany the Sharks on the trip to Arizona, Curtis Pashelka of the San Jose Mercury News reports.

While Zubrus' status remains unclear for the team's game Thursday against the Coyotes, but the fact that he's traveling with the team certainly offers a glimmer of hope that the 37-year-old blueliner will return to the lineup. If that is to happen, the Sharks would need to activate him from injured reserve.
