Comeau (upper body) will return to the lineup against the Golden Knights on Wednesday, Bruce LeVine of Dallas Stars Radio reports.
Comeau will get to make his season debut after missing the opening six contests with an upper-body injury. The 35-year-old winger figures to slot into a fourth-line role and shouldn't be expected to see much in the way of power-play minutes, making him a low-end fantasy option with a ceiling likely in the 20-25 point range. In order to activate Comeau off injured reserve, the team reassigned Jacob Peterson to AHL Texas.
