Sustr was reassigned to the AHL on Wednesday, according to Michael Russo of The Athletic.
Sustr was recalled ahead of Tuesday's game against Winnipeg, but he ended up serving as a healthy scratch. He has an assist and six points in 20 AHL contests this season. The Wild were in a position to return Sustr to the minors because Jacob Middleton (illness) is expected to be available Thursday versus Dallas.
