Pominville has contracted the mumps and is not in the lineup Monday against the Kings.
Along with teammate Zach Parise, Pominville will spend the next five days in isolation while they recover from the mumps. At this point, owners of other Wild players should cross their fingers that the disease hasn't spread any further, although it likely has based on how contagious the condition is -- especially among teammates in close quarters. It remains to be seen how Minnesota will adjust its line configurations in the meantime.
