What: UFC 196

When: Saturday, 10 p.m. ET

Where: MGM Grand Garden Arena -- Las Vegas

If it feels like we were just here eight months ago, it's because we were. Conor McGregor was stepping into the Octagon once again to take on another opponent many were unsure about on the front end. The now featherweight champion disposed of Chad Mendes via second-round TKO.

Now, he'll step into the ring 25 pounds above his normal weight class, at 170 to take on Nate Diaz as the second replacement fighter in his last three fights. McGregor is one of the top fighters going across all fight sports and Saturday should serve as another venue for him to display is strong skill set.

The other major battle on Saturday will be for the women's bantamweight title when Holly Holm heads in for her first title defense against Miesha Tate. It will be just Holm's fourth fight in the UFC with the two not named Rousey going the full length of the fight for decision victories.

Here is the full main card with odds for Saturday's pay-per-view at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

More UFC 196: Why McGregor wins | Why Diaz wins | Holm's road | By the numbers

Bad Blood?: While McGregor normally wins the war of words at the press conference, he may have crossed the line before this fight. McGregor tried to take a swipe at Diaz and his community service while also accusing him of trying to be a "gangster." Meanwhile, Diaz had no problem going after McGregor, accusing him and the entire UFC of taking steroids.

Both comments invoked strong reactions from each fighter and could lead to some fireworks on Saturday.

The better fight?: While Diaz and McGregor are getting the attention, the co-main event may end up being the better fight. Women's bantamweight champion Holly Holm makes her first title defense on Saturday when she fights Miesha Tate.

Holm was one of two fighters to take former champ Ronda Rousey out of the first round in the UFC, and of course, only to beat her. The other was Tate, who pushed Rousey into the third round before falling to an arm bar submission. These two are used to going deep into fights and waiting for the right moment to strike. While it won't have a lot of luster and smack talk behind it -- these two actually appear to be friendly with each other -- it could be the better bout.
