The Astros will recall pitcher Kevin Chapman from Triple-A Oklahoma City Friday, reports MLB.com.
Chapman has a 1.23 ERA in 44 innings of relief in Triple-A this season, but struggled mightily in his last trip to the majors. He allowed seven runs over 5 2/3 innings in seven major-league appearances earlier in the season.
