Padres SP Josh Johnson to start throwing by end of the week

Padres starting pitcher Josh Johnson will likely begin to start throwing by the end of the week, according to MLB.com.

Johnson, who is recovering from Tommy John surgery, had a setback during a simulated game back in June.
