Pedro Feliciano signs minor-league deal with Cardinals

The Cardinals signed relief pitcher Pedro Feliciano to a minor-league deal on Sunday, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. Feliciano hasn't pitched this season and will start the year at Triple-A Memphis.
