Phllies' Chad Billingsley gets first win in 27 months

Phillies pitcher Chad Billingsley earned his first win since Apri 10, 2013, 27 months and two major surgeries ago. 

Billingsley gave up two runs on six hits over six innings. He walked one and struck out three, while moving to 1-2 on the year.
