PHOTO: Red Sox home opener hats have gold

Here's a picture of the hat the Red Sox will be wearing in their home opener, sporting a B that is framed in gold and a World Series champions logo.

The Boston Red Sox play their home opener Friday against the Brewers. Given that last season brought a World Series championship to Boston, the opener will be a special day in Fenway Park. As part of the feel-good festivities, the Red Sox will wear the following commemorative hats:

Note the obvious World Series championship logo on the side and if the normally white frame for the B looks a bit darker, that's because it's actually gold (no, not real gold. The color).

Looks like a pretty cool souvenir for Red Sox fans. It's good to be the champ.
