Rangers claim Verrett off waivers from O's, place Richardson on DL

The Rangers announced Thursday they claimed pitcher Logan Verrett off waivers from the Orioles. In order to clear a spot on the 40-man roster, outfielder Antoan Richardson (back) has been placed on the 60-day disabled list.
