Rockies infielder Rafael Ynoa took advantage of his first opportunity with the team after being called up last September, but he's aware of the aspects of his game that need work if he's to stick on the major-league roster, the Denver Post reports.

"I need to work more on my swing and my approach defensively," Ynoa said. "I need to be good in all the positions in the infield. So if they need me up there, I’ll be able to do that. Because I know that will be my job."

Ynoa hit .343/.380/.463 in 67 at-bats during his 19 games with the Rockies last season. He then hit hit .293 in the Dominican winter league before shutting it down, per the team's request.
