Max Scherzer in the course of his Saturday no-hitter against the Mets faced 28 batters and retired 27 of them. Here, courtesy of Nationals third baseman Yunel Escobar, is the one that got away ... 

As you can see, Escobar had plenty of time, which is occasionally the problem with such throws. Also, while you certainly can't pin the blame on first baseman Clint Robinson, it wasn't the most impossible of scoop opportunities over at first base. 

That said, the guess here is that Scherzer's none too hung up on this particular fielding miscue, given how the rest of the night played out.
