The Timberwolves have made forward Derrick Williams and guard Alexey Shved available in trade talks, Yahoo! Sports reports. The team is looking for pieces that will help them compete immediately in exchange for the young players.
Williams has averaged 16 minutes of action over eight games, posting 5.5 points and 1.9 rebounds per game while hitting 39 percent of his shots. Shved has played just 9.6 minutes per games over 10 contests, averaging 2.3 points on 19.2 percent shooting.
