As you may have heard, Lonzo Ball has his first signature shoe coming out soon, the ZO2 by Big Baller Brand. If you want a pair, all you have to do is shell out $495 -- or more, if you want an autographed version -- and wait until November when the shoe will be released.

Because the ZO2s aren't ready yet, not even for Lonzo, the point guard couldn't rock them on Wednesday when he had his first high-profile workout with the Los Angeles Lakers, whom many believe will end up taking Ball with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.

Instead, Ball was rocking some James Harden sneakers.

It's completely understandable, of course, that Ball couldn't wear a shoe that isn't ready, as you don't want to risk an injury a few weeks before the draft.

Still, it's kind of funny that after all the promotion and media hits, there isn't even one pair ready yet for Lonzo to be wearing. Especially after LaVar said the other day that, "a shoe is not that big of a deal. It's two things, stitching and glue. It isn't a science project."
