Minnesota Timberwolves power forward and team star Kevin Love has been activated for Wednesday night's game against the Denver Nuggets and will play.

Love broke his hand doing knuckle pushups with two weeks left in the preseason and was expected to be out six-to-eight weeks. In a surprise development, he's been cleared to play in the game and was activated just before game time.

After suffering through a flurry of injuries over the last month or so, the Wolves will have Nikola Pekovic, J.J. Barea and Love all back in action against their division opponent.

Rejoice, Minnesota. Just a couple more injuries to heal up now.
