The Charlotte Observer reports that free agent forward Anthony Tolliver has agreed to a one-year deal with the Bobcats for the veteran minimum.

Tolliver averaged four points and three rebounds last season for the Hawks in 62 games, averaging just 38 percent from the field. He's a long defender who can serve as a good presence in the locker room and fill in when called upon. For a one-year deal for Charlotte, it's a pretty good pickup.

Tolliver, 28, had just an 8.4 PER last season with Atlanta.
