Guys like Kevin Garnett, Shawn Marion, and Kenneth Faried have made a big impact throughout various points in their careers by being able to jump twice in roughly a second to make a play around the rim.

Miami Heat big man Chris Andersen is one of those players who has made a career out of making plays around the rim because he's also a quick jumper. Well, he used to be a quick jumper on second jumps.

After a dump-off pass from Raymond Felton, New York Knicks forward Kenyon Martin came flying down the lane to throw down a big two-handed slam over the Birdman in Tuesday night's game. That's not a nice way to treat your former teammate, Kenyon.
