Russell Westbrook had another totally bonkers performance Sunday. Against the Orlando Magic, he strengthened his MVP case with a 41-point, 16-assist, 12-rebound triple-double in 38 minutes. Westbrook was efficient, too, shooting 14-for-21 and going 13-for-18 from the free-throw line.

He surely wants some of those missed free throws back, though, as the Thunder lost 119-117 thanks to old friend Serge Ibaka's game-winning jumper, which punctuated his career night.

Here's Westbrook going nuts again, via the NBA's official YouTube account:

Westbrook's unbelievable finishes draw the most attention, but his ability to set his teammates up for open looks is equally impressive. He is now the second player in NBA history to score 300 points and dish 100 assists in his team's first 10 games of the season, following Oscar Robertson, per the Elias Sports Bureau.

This was Westbrook's 40th triple-double of his career, making him the eighth member of the 40-triple-double club, via ESPN Stats and Information. It was also notable because it's Westbrook's third triple-double of the season -- the rest of the NBA also three triple-doubles combined.
