Chargers put Melvin Ingram on reserve/PUP list

Chargers linebacker Melvin Ingram, who's coming back from a torn ACL, was placed on the reserve/PUP list, meaning he'll miss at least the first six games. Ingram played in every game last year, making 41 tackles.
