Charlie Batch is excited for his role in Seussical The Musical
Former Lions and Steelers QB Charlie Batch is taking on the next great challenge in his career -- the theater.
Continuing a tradition of ex-NFL players scratching their thespian itch, we present the following tweet from Charlie Batch.
Just finished rehearsal for tomorrow's opening night of Seussical The Musical. I'm so EXCITED :) pic.twitter.com/9DzeuPR4S5— Charlie Batch (@CharlieBatch16) April 30, 2014
Of course, you may remember Batch from his stints as Starting QB, Detroit Lions and Capable Backup QB, Pittsburgh Steelers.
For more on Batch's connection to Seussical, you can watch the below promotional video.
You may also recall that former Titans running back Eddie George has found his calling tackling a more traditional theatrical subject matter, the works of Bill Shakespeare himself.
In the meantime, I continue to await the arrival of this to a nearby stage.
