Jaguars safety Johnathan Cyprien (calf) did not practice on Wednesday, Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union reports.

Already saddled with a cast on his hand to protect his broken finger, Cyprien was removed from Sunday's game in the first quarter with an issue in his calf. He was able to return to that game, however, making his availability for this week's game all the more likely. That being said, more information regarding his status against the Panthers should be available in the coming days.
