Raiders have three healthy inactives

The Oakland Raiders listed three players as inactive for the Week 6 game at Kansas City despite the fact they were not dealing with any discernible injuries. Those healthy scratches are as follows: DT Daniel Muir; DT Christo Bilukidi; and wide receiver Juron Criner.
