It didn't take long for cornerback Richard Marshall to pick a team. He has agreed to terms with the Chargers, reports NFL.com. Marshall, who was waived by Miami, has a chance to start with San Diego, which lost rookie cornerback Steve Williams for the season with a torn pectoral muscle. Marshall also visited Jacksonville on Friday.
