No. 1 -- Better D elsewhere. The Titans remain as one of three finalists for Peyton Manning along with San Francisco and Denver, according to ESPN. Tennessee must improve significantly on defense to be as stout as the other contenders. Four Niners defenders made the Pro Bowl in 2011, including All-Pro LB Patrick Willis. The Broncos front seven includes 2011 Defensive Rookie of the Year Von Miller and imposing DE Elvis Dumervil. No. 2 -- Proximity to the Colts. Manning may be leery of playing in the same division as Indianapolis and returning to Lucas Oil Stadium every season. In San Francisco, he'd only play the Colts once every four years in the regular season. In Denver, he could go several season without playing the Colts. No. 3 -- Receiving options. The Titans offer Manning a number of attractive targets in WRs Kenny Britt and Nate Washington, along with TE Jared Cook. The trio may not be as dynamic as Vernon Davis, Randy Moss and Michael Crabtree in San Francisco.
