Steve Reed@SteveReedAP7H agoPanthers LT Ickey Ekwonu said he feels like Dave Canales' offense plays to his strengths, which includes establishing the run early. Ekwonu struggled with pass protection last year. He's working closer with the coaching staff this offseason. Called 2023 a "humbling experience."

Steve Reed@SteveReedAP7H agoPanthers coach Dave Canales said this is a tight end friendly offense, and might not ask them to block as much as other teams. Used more as receivers. It's been a bit now since the Panthers had a really productive receiving tight end. (Looking at you, Greg Olsen).
