Smith (undisclosed) was waived off the Jaguars' injured reserve Friday, Mike Kaye of FirstCoastNews.com reports.
Smith was waived/injured by the Jaguars back in June and has been on IR since clearing waivers. The 25-year-old is now free to sign elsewhere after reaching an injury settlement with Jacksonville, although the specifics of the injury remain unclear.
