Angels' Cam Bedrosian: Expects to be activated next week

Bedrosian (groin) is expecting to be activated from the disabled list sometime next week, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Bedrosian is expected to begin a rehab assignment after facing live batters at extended spring training over the weekend, so he'll rejoin the big club afterwards if all goes well. It's unclear when in the week the 25-year-old will be activated, but that will likely depend on how his rehab assignment goes. His role upon activation remains up in the air given Bud Norris has been solid as the Angels' interim closer and Huston Street (back) is also expecting to return next week.
