Braves' Casey Kelly: Dealt to Braves

Kelly has been traded to the Braves along with catcher Ricardo Rodriguez in exchange for Christian Bethancourt.

Kelly spent the majority of the 2015 campaign at Double-A San Antonio, where he worked a 4.94 ERA with 60 strikeouts and 34 walks across 82 innings of work. He joined the big league club in September, but did not fair well in his two starts as he was roughed up for 10 earned runs across 11.1 innings. With Atlanta, he could have a chance to land a spot in the back end of the rotation given the current state of the Braves' starting staff beyond Julio Teheran.
