Capuano (elbow) is unlikely to return to action this season, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Capuano received a PRP injection in July to try and alleviate the soreness in his elbow, but it appears that did not have the desired effects, and it is now unlikely that Capuano will be healthy enough at any point over the rest of the season to pitch again. GM David Stearns did say that Capuano hopes to keep pitching, so he will rehab with the goal of landing a spring training invite next year with either with the Brewers or another team.
