Jungmann was sent to the Brewers spring training facility in Arizona to take what was described as a "mental break" from pitching, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Jungmann posted a 9.15 ERA over five starts in the majors this season, and didn't fare much better at Triple-A, posting a 9.87 mark over eight games started. Some of those numbers can be blamed on the hitter-friendly environment in Colorado Springs, but five of those starts were on the road, so the performance of Jungmann has certainly played a role. The team hasn't disclosed an exact plan for Jungmann's "rehab," but it will likely involve some combination of simulated games and bullpen sessions, all in an effort to get the 26-year-old back on track.
