Panik went 1-for-3 with a walk and three runs scored in Friday's 8-1 win over the Mets.

It was an odd stat line for Panik, as batters hitting eighth usually don't put up three-run games. The 25-year-old appears to be heating up after struggling upon his return from the disabled list, hitting .333 and getting on base at a .455 clip in his last eight games. Panik spent the beginning of the year batting second for the Giants, but manager Bruce Bochy isn't going to make changes to the lineup with Denard Span and Angel Pagan seeing the ball well right now, Alex Pavlovic of CSN Bay Area reports.
