Mariners' Norichika Aoki: Out of lineup Sunday

Aoki is out of Sunday's lineup against the Cubs, Bob Dutton of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Aoki will grab a seat with the left-handed Brain Matusz toeing the rubber for the Cubs, with southpaw hitting specialist Franklin Gutierrez replacing him in left field and batting sixth for the Mariners. Given the Mariners are scheduled to face another lefty (Eduardo Rodriguez) Monday, Aoki may skip his third game in four days.
