Hechavarria remains out of the lineup Monday against the Cubs, Andre Fernandez of the Miami Herald reports.
The Marlins haven't revealed that Hechavarria is dealing with any sort of injury, so he'll curiously be held out of the lineup for a second day in a row as the team gives Miguel Rojas another look at shortstop. With a .240/.288/.317 batting line across 476 plate appearances this season, Hechavarria has been one of the league's worst-performing everyday shortstops, but he's still probably a better regular option at the position than Rojas, who profiles as more of a utility bat.
