Lobstein has signed a minor league contract with the Marlins that includes an invite to spring training, MLB.com's Joe Frisaro reports.
The Marlins need left-handed relief depth, and they have addressed that by signing Lobstein, along with two other unheralded southpaws, to a minor league deal. If he makes the team out of spring training he will work predominantly in low-leverage situations.
