Familia missed Friday's team workout to attend to a "personal matter," which is thought to be related to MLB's investigation of his October domestic violence incident, the New York Post reports.
The Mets expect him back in camp Saturday. All signs point to Familia being suspended to begin the regular season, but the commissioner's office isn't expected to hand down that suspension until just before Opening Day.
