Nationals INF Yunel Escobar leaves game with hamstring injury

Nationals infielder Yunel Escobar was removed from Wednesday's game with a tight hamstring, Chelsea Janes of the Washington Post reports.

Escobar was removed for a pinch-runner after singling in the eighth inning. Manager Matt Williams did not seem concerned about Escobar's status, but it remains to be seen if he will be in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Marlins.
