Phillies place SP Chad Billingsley on disabled list

Phillies pitcher Chad Billingsley was placed on the 15-day disabled list Monday, the team announced. The move was made retoractive to July 19. 

Billingsley was diagnosed with mild flexor tendinitis in his arm, but there was no structural damage found during tests.
