Lohse agreed to a minor league contract with the Rangers on Friday, Jon Heyman of CBS Sports reports.
Lohse threw for teams last week in California, and ultimately ended up joining the Rangers after spending the last three seasons with the Brewers. On a minor league contract Lohse will not immediately join the big club, but he figures to be an option for the Rangers once he has a few outings under his belt.
