Ramos (knee) will be activated from the 60-day disabled list Saturday against Baltimore.

Ramos caught his first full game earlier this week and caught consecutive games for the first time this season Thursday and Friday, and the Rays saw enough to believe he's ready for his season debut. Derek Norris has been designated for assignment to make room for Ramos on the roster. The 29-year-old catcher hit a scorching .307/.354/.496 for the Nationals last year, and his bat will provide a big boost to the Rays lineup if he plays anywhere near that level this season.
