Red Sox's Bryce Brentz: Two hits, three RBI on Wednesday

Brentz went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBI in Boston's 11-6 win over Texas on Wednesday. The left fielder has hit safely in six of eight games played and is batting .333 (10-for-30).

The steady diet of at-bats for Brentz is dying down now that Brock Holt is back on the scene. But the Red Sox will manage Holt in the early days of his return from a concussion, so Brentz will get his work in, particularly against left-handers, like the Rangers' Martin Perez, who started Wednesday.
