Red Sox's Hanley Ramirez: Sits out Saturday

Ramirez (neck) is not in the lineup Saturday against the Astros, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Ramirez will now miss his second straight game with a neck issue that cropped up before Friday's series opener with the Astros. The severity of the issue remains unclear, so Ramirez should continue to be considered day-to-day until the Red Sox provide more information regarding his status. Chris Young will again start in his place as the designated hitter.
