Moreland is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Brewers, Peter Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.
Moreland has started every game this season and probably needs a break. Over his last 13 games, he's scraped together a disappointing .200 batting average and .610 OPS. He'll get the night to rest while the Red Sox start Hanley Ramirez at first base.
