Refsnyder was removed from Sunday's game against the Twins with left hamstring tightness, Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald reports.
Refsnyder started in left field and went 1-for-2 with an RBI prior to exiting the contest. He'll have Monday's team off day to recover ahead of Tuesday's series opener in Atlanta.
