Garrett, 24, has a 1.64 ERA and 70:25 K:BB through 71.1 innings for Double-A Pensacola.
The former college hooper is mowing down the competition, as opposing batters are hitting a putrid .191 against him in 2016. Garrett has been a tad wild of late, so that certainly bears watching. However, the overall results are still stellar. Garrett could see Triple-A shortly, though it is worth noting that the Reds have been fairly deliberate with Garrett and have refused to promote him mid-season in each of the last two years.
