Gentry signed a minor-league contract with the Rockies on Saturday, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.
The 35-year-old has hit .262/.333/.339 with just seven homers in his 10-year big-league career. He'll serve as organizational depth for the Rockies this season.
