Adams allowed three runs on four hits across 1.2 innings pitched in Monday's loss to the Cardinals. He struck out one.

Adams was making his season debut after being recalled Sunday. He came on to pitch the sixth inning and immediately gave up a single to Brad Miller and two-run homer to Paul Goldschmidt. He retired the next three Cardinals in order but gave up another run before being pulled with two outs in the seventh.
