Royals' Jorge Bonifacio: Slugs second homer in eighth game

Bonifacio went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run in Monday's 6-1 win over the White Sox.

The 23-year-old now has two home runs, four RBI and a .333 average in 30 plate appearances over his first eight MLB games. If he continues to produce, the last-place Royals could continue to give him playing time, although Jorge Soler (oblique) is set to come off the disabled list sometime next week. Monitor Bonifacio in AL-only leagues for the time being.
