Zimmermann (neck) is in line to return from the DL to start Saturday against the Orioles, Chris McCosky of the Detroit News reports.
Zimmermann is set for his third and final rehab start Monday at Triple-A Toledo, where he's expected to see his pitch count push closer to 75 after going 60 pitches in his last outing. Assuming Monday's start goes well, he'd then be in line to join the Tigers' rotation on his normal four days of rest. Matt Boyd or Daniel Norris would likely be dropped from the rotation in order to clear up a spot for Zimmermann, who has been limited to just one start since the All-Star break due to the injury.
